Pattaya police have given orders that all bars and clubs must close at 1am on randomly selected nights..

This new enforcement begins tonight with orders issued to all bars and clubs to be closed by 1am.

Police intend to select dates at random and once a month have all venues close at 1am.

The reason? I kid not, they want to see that everyone is listening to them and doing what they say..... (TiT.. This is Thailand)
