A 37-year-old Frenchman was arrested after a young women reported him to police for filming her whilst she took a bath at a Chiang Mai guesthouse late on Tuesday night.
The pervert was taken to the local police station after officers found video footage on his mobile phone of a woman, 25, who had filed the complaint against him.
The young woman, who is also French, told officers she let out a scream when she seen the hands of a man near the air vents as she bathed in a joint bathroom at the Royal Guesthouse Hotel in the Muang district of Chiang Mai.
When police arrived at the scene they found Rose wandering around the corridors and after searching him found the footage on his iPhone.
At the station the peeping Tom admitted his wrong doing and was fined 1,000 baht and released
